    1. About the service

TCC is a SaaS software for organizing, recording, analyzing, and tracking trading operations performed by the user on brokers and prop firms of their choice.

TCC does not execute orders, does not hold funds, does not manage third-party capital, and is not affiliated with brokers, banks, or prop firms.

    2. Account and security

To access protected areas, the user creates an account with email and password and may enable multi-factor authentication (MFA).

The user is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity on the account.

    3. Permitted use

    • Record personal trading operations and results.
    • Attach personal notes, goals, and journal entries.
    • View editorial scenarios published by the TCC team.
    • Manage subscription through the official billing portal.

    4. Prohibited use

    • Attempting to compromise service security, integrity, or availability.
    • Reverse engineering, reselling, or unauthorized redistribution.
    • Using TCC for illegal purposes or to violate third-party rights.
    • Abusive automated access or mass scraping.

    5. Plans, billing and recurrence

Plans, prices, and billing periods are shown on the Pricing page and in the checkout flow, including automatic renewal details when applicable.

Charges are processed by an external payment operator. TCC does not store full card numbers or security codes (CVC).

    6. Cancellation

The user may request cancellation at any time through the billing portal in Settings. See the Refunds document for details.

    7. Suspension

TCC may suspend accounts under reasonable suspicion of fraud, abusive chargeback, or usage that endangers other users or the platform, preserving applicable user rights.

    8. Availability and maintenance

The service is provided on a reasonable best-effort basis. Maintenance windows and occasional downtime may occur; no absolute uptime is guaranteed.

    9. Intellectual property

TCC brand, code, layout, and editorial content produced by the TCC team belong to the TCC operator. The user retains ownership of content they input (records, notes, journal).

    10. User content

The user grants TCC a strictly operational license to store and display their own data inside the service, solely to enable the contracted functionality.

    11. Limitation of liability

Within legal limits and without setting aside mandatory consumer rights, TCC is not liable for financial losses arising from the user's trading decisions, nor for downtime or failures of third parties (brokers, prop firms, payment providers).

    12. Account termination

The user may request account termination. Some data may be retained to comply with tax, accounting, security, or audit obligations, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

    13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice inside the service.

    14. Governing law

Brazilian law applies, including the Consumer Protection Code (CDC) and the LGPD when applicable. Jurisdiction will be defined after legal review.

Official contact channel in preparation. See the pending contact note in the footer.
